The Iveagh Conservative Club

We have much to entertain you in a cordial atmosphere and have

a varied programme of events with live musical entertainment at least

once a month, frequent fish and chip suppers and the occasional

quiz night and bingo sessions. We have regular Darts, Cards and dominos nights also including Kalooki.

Club opening hours: Monday to Friday 3.00-11.30pm

Saturday and Sunday opening hours 1.00-midnight but Sundays Closing time can be earlier, it’s up to the discretion of the Bar Manager.

The club library has been moved from the foot of the stairs to the cloakroom, giving much improved access to the stairs. A new large notice board is in its place at the foot of the stairs.

Notice to Members

As many members of the Club have to restrict their intake of alcohol due to driving or health issues, we have extended our range of nonalcoholic drinks. As you maybe aware we’ve stocked Heineken 0% for years but have now added Gordon’s Gin 0% and also Guinness 0% to our range.

Return of our Race Night with DJ Mike and Georgina. We start at 8PM. and it’s £2.00 per horse. GOOD LUCK!!! Saturday 14th September

Weather permitting we’re having our Outside BBQ. Hamburgers or hotdogs costing £3.50 each. We’re starting at 5PM. The BBQ is followed by a Member’s Social Night with Drinks at Buy 1 get 1 Free. Terms and Conditions will apply. Starting from 7PM-8PM. Saturday 21st September

Karaoke Night conducted by our DJ Mike, starting at 8PM. Do come and join us and hear the STARS OF THE IVEAGH CLUB! Perhaps you will volunteer and become a 🌟 tonight!!! Saturday 28th September

MURDER MYSTERY NIGHT.

Form a team and work out whodunnit!!!

Please book behind the bar £5.00 per person, including light snacks. Arrival time is 7PM. The murder play will start at 7.30PM.

The event is in aid of Havens Hospice.

All advertised events will contain fundraising for future entertainment, such as Stand Up Bingo or Bus Stops etc.

Sunday Dinner

On Sunday the 25th August we had a delicious Sunday Roast Turkey Dinner prepared by Georgina our wonderful Club Chef! Please watch out on the What’s On Page for our next Sunday Dinner and book!

BREAST CANCER NOW
A very successful afternoon tea was held on Sunday 18th August, organised by John and Juliet Banks with Zena. The sum of just under £400.00 was raised, and thereis an ongoing draw taking place with numbers available for 50p per go, entry payment to be made at the Bar.

The draw is taking place on Friday 30th August.

We are pleased to announce that the total profits raised by the Sunday afternoon tea for the Breast Cancer Charity was £420.00. Congratulations to all the helpers and supporters! Thank you.
